Zachowania o charakterze molestowania seksualnego w społeczności akademickiej UAM
Szanowni Państwo,
Pracownicy, Doktoranci i Studenci Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu,
zachęcamy Państwa do udziału w badaniu dotyczącym sytuacji o charakterze molestowania seksualnego w społeczności akademickiej UAM. Ankieta będzie dostępna w dniach od 13 grudnia 2021 r. do 31 stycznia 2022 r.
Przez molestowanie seksualne rozumie się każde niepożądane zachowanie o charakterze seksualnym wobec osoby fizycznej lub odnoszące się do płci, którego celem lub skutkiem jest naruszenie godności tej osoby, w szczególności przez stworzenie wobec niej zastraszającej, wrogiej, poniżającej, upokarzającej lub uwłaczającej atmosfery; na zachowanie to mogą się składać fizyczne, werbalne lub pozawerbalne elementy.
Dzięki badaniu uzyskamy wiedzę na temat zakresu tego zjawiska, a tym samym będziemy mogli podjąć działania służące lepszemu wsparciu i pomocy dla osób, które doświadczyły molestowania seksualnego. Zebrane w ten sposób informacje przyczynią się ponadto do wypracowania i wdrożenia programów mających na celu eliminację w naszym środowisku tego typu patologicznych zachowań.
Ze względu na specyfikę podejmowanej problematyki, która dotyczy najbardziej prywatnej sfery naszego życia, badanie zostanie przeprowadzone w sposób zapewniający respondentom całkowitą anonimowość, a uzyskany materiał będzie opracowany przez wąskie grono ekspertów. Biorąc pod uwagę potrzebę dalszego umacniania kapitału społecznego UAM – poprzez partnerstwo, otwartość i transparentność – planowane jest przygotowanie ogólnego raportu z badań, który będzie dostępny dla wszystkich członków naszej społeczności.
Sexual harassment types of behavior in the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań (AMU) community
Ladies and Gentlemen,
AMU employees, Ph.D. students, B.A. and M.A. students,
We would like to encourage you to take part in the AMU community questionnaire on behavior defined as sexual harassment. Our questionnaire will be available between December 13th, 2021 and January 31st, 2022.
Sexual harassment has been defined as any undesirable sexual type of behavior towards a natural person or relating to gender, whose goal or effect is the infringement of the target person’s or gender’s dignity, in particular by creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or derogatory atmosphere. Such situations may take the form of physical, verbal or non-verbal behavior.
Through our questionnaire we will be able to collect information on the scale of the phenomenon and, thanks to it, will be in the position to introduce measures aimed at offering better support and assistance to individuals who have experienced sexual harassment. On top of it, data collected in the questionnaire will facilitate the development and the implementation of programs aimed at the eradication of such types of pathological behavior within the AMU community.
As the subject of the questionnaire belongs to most private and intimate areas of our lives, methods used in the questionnaire guarantee questionnaire participants complete anonymity and the data collected in the questionnaire shall be dealt with by a very small group of experts.
Taking into account the need for further reinforcement and empowerment of the social capital of the AMU community through partnership, openness and transparency, we are planning to create a general report on the results of the questionnaire. This report will be available to all members of the AMU community.
